Shipping and Delivery Policy

Bondty sells only digital services. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no shipping charges apply.

How you receive what you buy

• Wallet recharge: coins are credited to your in-app wallet instantly after a successful payment, usually within a few seconds. In rare cases of bank delays it can take up to 30 minutes.
• Sessions: chat, voice and video sessions are delivered live inside the app once a Partner accepts your request.
• Gifts: virtual gifts are delivered instantly to the Partner during the session or live room.

If coins are not credited within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact hello@deificdigital.com with your transaction ID. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for what happens next.
