Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Deific Digital ("Bondty", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the Bondty app, the Bondty Partner app and this website. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: mobile number, name or display name, gender and profile details you choose to add.
  • Partner data: profile photo, bio, topics, languages, government ID document for verification, and bank account or UPI details for payouts. Bank account numbers are stored encrypted.
  • Transaction data: wallet recharges, coin usage, gifts, earnings and withdrawals. Card, UPI and bank details for payments are handled by Razorpay; we do not store them.
  • Session data: who you spoke with, when, for how long, and text chat messages. We do not record voice or video calls.
  • Device data: device type, operating system, app version and technical logs needed to run the app and prevent fraud.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to create and secure your account, send OTPs, process payments and payouts, connect calls and chats, calculate billing and earnings, handle support requests and complaints, keep the Platform safe, prevent fraud and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who can see your data

  • Your mobile number is never shown to other users. Partners see only your first name or chosen display name.
  • A Partner's name, photo, topics, languages and rating are shown to Users. Their ID documents and bank details are visible only to our admin team for verification and payouts.
  • Our team may review chat records only in reported or suspicious cases, for safety, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

4. Service providers

We share only the data needed with trusted providers that help us run the Platform: Google Firebase (login and OTP), Razorpay (payments), Agora (voice and video calls) and our cloud hosting provider. They are bound to protect your data and use it only to provide their services to us.

5. Legal disclosure

We may share information with government or law-enforcement agencies when required by law or a court order, or when necessary to protect someone's life or safety.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes, which we keep only for as long as required.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or update your data in the app, withdraw consent, and request deletion of your account. You can also nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@deificdigital.com.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data such as bank details, access controls and secure login tokens. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as required by law.

9. Children

The Platform is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will close the account.
